Maritime State University: Involvement into GPE Project

摘要：

The paper gives an introduction of Maritime State University named after Admiral G. I. Nevelskoy, based in Vladivostok, Russia. The peculiarities of educating and training cadets rather than students are explained. The need for, participating in the Global Partners in Understanding project is dwelt upon. Some prospects for future development are given.
