Research and comparison of anti-jamming performances of LMS and LCMV algorithm based on MATLAB simulation

Airspace anti-jamming technology is an effective program to solve the problem that signal reception of GNSS receiver which can be easily interfered, and the key of the technology is to choose the proper adaptive algorithm. The principles of LMS (Least mean square) and LCMV (linear-constrained-minimum-variance) algorithm are illustrated and compared in some parameters such as convergence rate, SNR (signal- noise-ratio) and BER (bit-error-ratio), and so on. These algorithms are simulated by MATLAB, and combined with the model of multi-antenna array. It is indicated that the convergence rate of LCMV is a little bit slower than LMS algorithm, but the average value of error and convergence efficiency of former is better than the latter when stabilized at last.
