Design of data acquisition and analysis system for multiple channels and large-scale array FPA based on VI interface
As the development of image technology, Large scale and fast focal plane array (FPA) are needed for a new class of spectrum diverse sensors. Because of the requirement of high-resolution and high sample rate for the FPA, it ’s highly desirable to develop a multiple channels data acquisition and analysis system for the measurement of the advanced FPA. In this paper, a multiple channels, large scale array FPA data acquisition and analysis system has been design to test the infrared FPA detector and its readout circuit. Based on the virtual instrument (VI) interface and visual C++ (VC) platform, the system realizes data acquisition and real time imaging for both single channel and double channels output. Three dimension (3D) noise analysis has been accomplished on the system. The measurement results show that the system meets the requirement in the FPA detector and its read-out circuit test.
