GIS-based Pre-warning Signals and Emergency Management
On the demand of emergency management for geographical information system(GIS), this research discusses the advantages of GIS applying in emergency management from two angles: one is the data management mode in GIS, another is the demands of emergency management for pre-warning signal. Through the analysis of function of GIS which are suitable for pre-warning signals, this research takes the comparing manifestation between the function graphics with one mine map , which includes the graphics data and attributes data, the layer stack and thematic maps displaying. Meanwhile, it combines with traditional pre-warning signals system to display the pre-warning signals output based on GIS. On the ground of the former research, this paper presents standard method of pre-warning based on GIS. The research is for the sake of providing dynamic and multidimensional technical means for emergency management system realization, and providing helpful ideas for the pre-warning system development which related with the geographical position closely.
