Through both the deep-interviews with IT employees in some enterprises and measurement items from existing research literature, we design and collect 225 questionnaires for IT employees to test the proposed model and research hypotheses. Data results show that four variables, including network expert tie, trust, existence need and growth need, have the positive influence on employees complex information systems innovation behavior; two variables, including trust and relatedness need, have the positive influence on employees software tools innovation behavior.
