Study of Multiple Criteria Decision Making for Real Estate Investment Environment Based on AHP
Real estate investment is a great factor that affects investment decisions, and decides real estate investment returns. This article analyses the major influence factors of real estate investment, and builds an evaluation index system of real estate investment based on Analytic Hierarchy (AHP) for the feature of investment environment. In addition, it confirms the weight between factors in investment environment and the schedule of each scheme objectively and accurately. In order to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system and the effectiveness of the evaluation methods, a practical example was evaluated.
