The Discussion of The Safety Culture Concept
Each subject should have its own unique content, to define their own areas. But now the safety culture has too many definitions. This paper integrate the current comprehensive definition of safety culture at home and abroad, detailed analysis of the definition of safety culture .It is concluded that safety culture war is the dispute of the broad and narrow definition. Considering the broad and narrow sense content of safety culture and Chinas national conditions, at this stage it is more suitable for a narrow definition of safety culture in our country, that is, safety culture serves as identical and overall opionions of employees on crucial impact factors of safety in enterprises,which can be called the core ideas of safety management or values.
