An Empirical Research on Tourist Satisfaction of Travel Agents Based on Factor Analysis--A Case Study of Three Gorges Tour
TovirM satisfaction has been the focus of travel agents,19 variable factors which affect tourist satisfaction are achieved by analyzing tourist satisfaction of Three Gorges Scenic These variable factors are analysed by SPSS. Four factors are extracted by factor analysis, including tour guide services, the arrangement of itineraries, yacht services, reception services, reliability analysed followed. Then-the evaluation model of tourist satisfaction of Three Gorges Scenic is constructed on the basis of empirical analysis. Finally, the suggestions how to improve tourist satisfaction are proposed at the base of empirical research so as to strengthen the management, and promote the quality of service of travel agents. These are several measures for travel agents to improve the tourist satisfaction, such as strengthen the training and management of tour guides and hospitality staff, improve the service skills, plan the tourist routes rationally, reinforce the collaboration with the cruise to offer tourists a comfortable rest and leisure environment.
