The Effect on Inventory Quantity by Warehouse Centralization

摘要：

In a supply system, the layout of warehouse can be a series of separated warehouses or centralized warehouse. Different choice will result in different inventory carrying quantity. This article analyzed the relation between the quantity of inventory carrying and centralization of warehouse. And point out that centralization of warehouse pays a great role in reduction of inventory carrying quantity.
