A Study on Public Emergency Management Based on Economic Analysis

摘要：

Based on the analysis of current status of public emergencies in our country, this article details the economic demand of governments to strengthen public emergency management from the consumer behavior theory, externalities and characteristics of public goods. Some suggestions on enhancing public emergency management are given accordingly.
