On Establishment of Firefighting Army s Psychological Aid Emergency System

摘要：

This article discussed how to establish firefighting armys psychological aid emergency system. Firstly, the article introduced the history of Chinas psychological aid in emergency rescue.Secondly the article explained the necessity to establish firefighting armys psychological aid emergency response system. Thirdly, how to establish firefighting armys psychological aid emergency system was expatiated, which mainly included the establishment of organizations and operational mechanism. As to the organizations, a four level organization system of Ministry of public security - Fire station - Detachment - Brigade -Squadron , an unimpeded psychological aid information system, and cooperative professional medical organizations for treatment were involved. As to the operational mechanism, early warning systems, emergency systems and maintaining system should be established.
