An Empirical Study on Factors Affecting the Technological Innovation Capability of the Innovative Enterprises

摘要：

In this study, the factors that influence the technological innovation capability of the innovative enterprises are examined and tested empirically. Results show the level of innovation management, the innovation propensity of the employer and the employee, the incentive policy of the government have the positive effect on the innovation capability of the enterprises. Firm size also influences the technological innovation capability significantly and positively.
