The Study of Urban Emergency System Management

摘要：

In urban emergency management, Emergency resources facilities location can be resulted to two aspects: one is the scale optimal problem of emergency resources facilities management; the other is spatial distribution problem. This paper uses set covering model to resolve the first problem, then uses maximum covering model works out the second problem.
