The Evaluation Research of Manufacture Executive Competency based on Catastrophe Theory

摘要：

Executives competency is important in choosing the appropriate executives in human resource management. Based on the catastrophe theory, the executives competence evaluation index consists of the knowledge, the capability , the experience and the qualities of the executives is built, According to the fuzzy of information for evaluation, an executives competence evaluation of a catastrophe series evaluation method is presented, and an example for this method is given, an easy and flexible method to select appropriate executive for enterprise is supplied.
