HR Outsourcing Decision of Small and Medium Enterprises Based on Process Approach
Human resource (HR) management is a crucial problem of sustainable development of small and medium enterprises in China. The appearance of HR Outsourcing provides a feasible way to resolve this problem. This paper analyzes the special demand of HR Outsourcing of small and medium enterprises, and finds out the right outsourcing decision is a prerequisite of successful HR Outsourcing. Finally, we come to the conclusion that outsourcing decision must be based on scientific process in accordance with special demand of small and medium enterprises.
