Study on the Model of Knowledge Worker Efficiency and the Influence Factors
Aiming at the problems of knowledge workers1 efficiency, this paper expounds the definitions of knowledge workers and their efficiency. A model is formulated centered on knowledge workers efficiency and the influence factors of their efficiency by analyzing the knowledge work and the influencing factors about their efficiencies, describing the variables of the influencing factors about their efficiency, using computer curve fitting methods. This model provides dynamic and quantitative research methods for enterprises to improve their management on the knowledge workers.
