Research on Strategic Human Resource Management based on Knowledge Management
Knowledge management is a systematic activities that contains knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, knowledge innovation and so on, and one of the most nuclear is knowledge sharing. There are mainly five aspect that affect knowledge sharing, knowledge source, knowledge receiver, knowledge sharing context, knowledge itself and environmental. Therefore, the organizations strategic human resource management ultimately is to analysis from the above aspects. After analysis the basis of connotation and characteristics of the strategic human resource management, discussed the relation among the knowledge management, strategic human resource management and organizational performance, and at last puts forward some ideas.
