Analysis of the Effectiveness of Regional Agricultural Technology Innovation Resources Allocation

摘要：

First, the index system, what evaluates the efficiency of the output and conversion of agricultural technology innovation, is set up. Then correlation analysis of the empirical data was carried out. Using a two-stage DEA (data envelopment analysis) model, the allocation efficiency of agricultural technology innovation resources covering 31 provincial-level regions in China during the period 2004-2008 are analyzed and evaluated. Then the reason of the inefficient allocation of agricultural technology innovation resources is found out. And a corresponding improvement suggestion was proposed.
