Study on Flexible Treatment of Society Group Incident

摘要：

It is necessary to give a correct interpretation of social function and reexamine and correct some of the mindset in a broader area when the social group incidents is not to be treated as the current rigidity approaches. Based on the distinction between sudden and non-sudden social group incidents, negotiations compromise is the most effective blocking mechanism in dealing with the social group incidents and it should be fully understand. The primary means and development directions are as follows: the principal officials should adopt the equality attitude and flexible approach in the first time. Using the ideas and strategies of game theory to negotiate with the opinioned leaders and achieve positive effect.
