Risk Assessment of BPR Based on AHP and Grey System Theory

摘要：

Enormous risk that a company would face during the process of implementing BPR project makes it inevitable to reinforce risk management. Considering the incompletion and indefiniteness of assessing information, this paper identifies the risk factors of BPR, and establishes a model based on Analytical Hierarchy Process and Gray System Theory.
