Key Problems And Countermeasure Research For SMEs In China To Implement ERP

To implement ERP is one of the principal means to enhance the core competitiveness of SMEs. However,during the implementation process, Chinese SMEs dont have a high success rate. In this case, the paper firstly identifies the key issues of SMEs ERP implementation, and further suggests the countermeasures which should been taken in the implementation process, and I hope it will provides references for the successful implementation of ERP in Chinese SMEs.
