Theory of Training and Development of Managers Practical Approach
The most Fundamental challenge in twenty-first century, management challenge is that a manager cause that her/his organization is leader of changes. Deep changes that they are not just economic and also they are not pure technical, but they are in population statistics, policy, society and above all they are in looking to the world. Studies and teaching shows that considering the challenges and developments, management of organizations becomes more difficult and sensitive. Hence, using developed managers that they are competent to mange specially, they are necessary for persistence and flourish of organizations. In this paper, we tried to create an access method to developed managers for leading organizations in competitions by a theory of training and developing managers- a practical approach - and also a training model with education and training approach.
