Application of BSC in the Performance Management of Human Resources in E-business Enterprise
With the development of Internet and network technology, e-business enterprise grows stronger day by day. According to the characteristics of E-business enterprise, this paper propose a principle of using BSC(balanced score card) of strategy management, and construct a system of performance management, which is based on the target of enterprise strategy. The influencing indicators, such as levels of trust, capacity of information gathering and processing, are added into this system, in order to promote the performance management in similar enterprises.
