Analysis on Civil Aivation Transport Service Complaint in China

Civil Aviation transport service complaint is one of the forms that consumer is dissatisfied with civil aviation transport service quality.Based on the data of aviation transport service complaint from 2006 to 2010 in China, this paper analyzes the basic characters of Chinese aviation transport service complaint,then it studies aviation transport service complaints reasons,Finally,it takes out some countermeasures for aviation service complaint. The result indicates several reasons have resulted into aviation transport service complaint in china. Therefore, to reduce civil aviation service complait rate in China,measures should be used.Only if thus,can civil aviation transport industry obtains competitive advantages and keep sustainable development in intense market competition in China.
