Excellent Civil Aviation Transport Service Quality Mind and Implementation in China

Advanced quality minds are the basic premise for civil aviation transport enterprise to achieve outstanding service quality. This article reviews the development of service quality theories, and analyzes the rudimentary features of air transport service. It pointes out, to realize the historic cutting across from civil aviation big nation to civil aviation powerful nation in China, Chinese airlines must be good at service learning and absorbing and drawing on the experiences of other airline. They should also actively build outstanding service quality minds. Finally, it explores the routes to implement these minds.
