The Empirical Analysis on the Stock Options of the High Technology Enterprises in China the analysis based on the human resources strategy
This paper analyzes the stock ownership incentive scheme released before the 30 June 2010 of the high-tech enterprise of China based on the human resource strategy. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the stock options of the high-tech enterprise, and the influencing factor of this new developed human resources incentive strategy of the high-tech enterprises. Besides, the paper analyzes the impact of the economic crisis on the high-tech enterprises compensation and the equity incentive system influence.
