Information technology outsourcing as a strategic decision has become an effective way that more and more enterprises reduce costs and create their own core competencies with outside help. Paper based on the distance perspective, put forward and studied the effects of the key factors in information technology outsourcing and its impact mechanism, creating an information technology outsourcing model from the factors.
