TOPSIS Algorithm Research of Customer Satisfaction
Nowadays the customer satisfaction is the core of marketing. It is necessary that the marketing tools meet to customer demand for the modern market economy. In this paper, the author tries to apply TOPSIS algorithm in customer satisfaction evaluation based on evaluation system. It is a new idea and method for customer satisfaction measurement.
