Reserch on the Rural Area Environmental Administrative System

With the overall development of Chinas politics economics and culture, the modernization of Chinas rural area has came to be enhanced obviously. But it also brings some new environmental problems. Nowadays, it comes up with the the construction of new socialist countryside, so it will be helpful to cope with the rural environment problems by creating a scientific and legitimate rural area environmental administrative system. This article, taking Wolong district in Nan yang city of HenanProvince as an example, hopefully gives some suggestions to perfect our countys rural area environmental administrative system by analyzing the exits problem of this district.
