Influence and the Strategy of REACH Act Upon Chinese External Trade
The REACH regulation officially carried out in June 1, 2007 is the largest technical barriers to trade since Chinas entry into WTO. It seriously affected the export of our products. Adopting effective strategies actively to deal with the REACH regulation is particularly important. This paper studied the implementation of the REACH regulation of Chinese industries and the influence of our external trade, and put forward proposals and measures on this basis to deal with the REACH regulation.
