The Guarantee of Law and Policy of Technology Innovation for Chinese Coal Enterprises

摘要：

In Chinese coal enterprises management, the problems as lack of the awareness of technology innovation, inadequate of recognition, investment, human resource, motivation methods, and short of competitive intellectual property rights and commercialization of research findings, seriously affect their development. In era of building resource-saving and innovative enterprises, it is necessary to take measures to protect and strengthen coal enterprises technology innovation by law and policy.
