Research on Social Responsibility and Chinas Sustainable Development Based on ISO 26000

摘要：

This article explores the significance of social responsibility to Chinas sustainable development under ISO 26000, through the analysis of positive impacts on Chinas own sustainability and international competitiveness. To do so, this article reviews the core subjects and intentions of ISO 26000, examines the necessity of socially responsible behavior as a means of contributing to sustainable development, and summarizes good performances and negative practices by a number of facts. Finally, this article concludes proposals that aim to bridge the SR gap, by common efforts of the whole society.
