A Thought of Importing Administrative Agreement into the Construction of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone

摘要：

As the first strategic target of national development in 2001, the construction of Shandong Peninsular Blue Economic Zone has realized perfectly the combination of blue industry and regional economic integration in China, hitting a new height in the development of regional economic integration. Its necessary to import the administrative agreement mechanism into the construction of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone on the consideration of the important role played by the administrative agreement mechanism in the regional economic integration that has been implemented and of the features owned by the construction of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone.
