The Evaluation and Comparison on the Innovation Capability of High-tech Industries of Shandong Province Based on Factor Analysis

摘要：

The paper makes a comprehensive evaluation index system which can reflect the innovation capability of high-tech industries, collects related statistics data of Shandong province and other regions and makes factor analysis, abstracts four common factors which are technology, environment, market and business, calculates each common factor score and comprehensive score of Shandong province and other regions and makes evaluation on them. The results show that the high-tech industry of Shandong has strong innovation capability, but there is room for further improvement.
