Development Strategy for the Trade Between Shandong and Russia
At present, Sino-Russia trade emerges a steady and rapid development trend. Although Sino-Russia trade in 2009 was influenced badly because of the financial crisis and the there was a sharp decline in trade volume in 2009, two nations trade had recovered to the previous level within one year after the crisis and Sino-Russia trade is growing strongly right now. However, the trade with Russia develops slowly in Shandong and the ratio of Shandong- Russia trade to the total volume of Shandong foreign trade is lower. Therefore, Shandong should make full use of current good Sino-Russia trade environment to promote the trade with Russia, especially to expand the export to Russia, and raising the Russias trade position in Shandong foreign trade.
