摘要：

the University of Science and Technology Park is a new socio-economic organization that closely integrate with education, research, social services, this paper analyzes the educational function of universities changes towards functions of education, research, social services, multi-functional process, the University of Science and Technology Park played a role of the test base and overall orientation function, clarified the creative talents trained by the university science park played the role of building an innovative country and regional economic development.
