Financing Supporting Measures for Blue Economy Development
Blue economy becomes new growth point for China. A series of figures show that the marine economy is playing a more important role in China. Chinas marine industries also play quite an important role internationally. Development of blue economy depends on the support of capital. Although local government of blue economic zone has already provided various support, many enterprises still face the difficulties of capital shortage. This paper analyzes the factors that obstruct enterprises financing, including single financing channel, laggard capital market and failure to use advanced financing methods, etc. Then from the reality of development of blue economy, the paper provides several financing supporting measures including using and increasing blue credit, encouraging early-stage blue economic companies to use advanced financing methods, perfecting multilevel capital market and developing financing leasing business.
