Frequent Countervailing Investigations: What Does China Do Wrong?

Since China firstly suffered countervailing investigation, various countries have frequently initiated countervailing investigation against China and levied high-level countervailing duties on Chinese exported products. On Chinas accession to the WTO for 10 years, while recognizing the real motive of protectionism hidden behind the initiating countries, China should self-examine its own behaviors and correct existing inconformity with the WTO agreements. That will transform Chinas passive situation in the process of countervailing investigation and maintain its legal economic rights.
