The Econometric Analysis of The Gap Between Rich and Poor in Shandong Province—Based on the Data in 2009
Since the founding, shandong province has been a big economic province. The economic development has been walking in the national front; the income level of resident enhances unceasingly, the quality of life have been improved greatly,the disparity of the regional income is expanding constantly, which formed the situation of the eastern coast city to be developed, the western interior city backward. It seriously influences Shandongs economy and societys stable fast development, and hinders Shandong to march into modernized the step. This article has selected Shandong Provinces related cross-section data in 2009, through the establishment of the related econometric model, to carry on the empirical analysis to various factors that affects the area gap between rich and poor. For the convenience, we has selected some factors that are per capita national income, average per person GDP, urbanized degree and geographical position, and so on. And we determine the quantitative relations, provide the basis for the formulation related policy.
