A Review of Ownership Structure And Top Management Turnover

摘要：

This paper analyzes the literature of the relationship between ownership structure and top management turnover based on four different aspects, which are equity concentration, equity composition, shareholding modification and company performance. It is found that current domestic research has limitations in breadth, depth and empirical results. Therefore, we should strengthen the research of ownership structure balance and stock proportion of the management in the future, and further distinguish different identities and reasons of top management turnover, in order to supplement the existing blank of research.
