Application of Budget Management in Service Outsourcing Enterprise
Into the twenty-first century, the services outsourcing enterprises became an important constituent of modern high-end services industry. Regarding mature service outsourcing enterprises, how to face diversified and dynamic requirements of service outsourcing industry? The author thinks that the most effective method is strategic-oriented and market-guidance comprehensive budget management, which is financial management as the foundation, carrying full participation as guarantee, and through BSC to predict, implement, supervise and evaluate. Thus, to guide the enterprise in a rising channel own operating.
