On Reform of Chinas Financial Supervision after the crisis Era
Since its opening up and reform,Chinas financial industry has made considerable progress and gradually formed a supervised respectively mode.. As the world economic and financial environment changes,particularly in such a financial crisis,the world economy was destroyed,and thus arouses countries tumbled to the reform of financial supervision.In order to solve the prevalent problems in Chinas financial supervision such as ambiguous supervision conceptions,incomplete laws and regulations ,out-dated measures and so on,successful supervision patterns and measures from the western countries should be borrowed,several measures should be taken on the basis of Chinas situation to enhance the financial supervision level comprehensively and increase international competitiveness.
