Pattern Classification for Regional Housing Prices

摘要：

The housing prices of the different areas at the same time are originally classified in this paper. The price per square meter and exclusive area,regarded as the two most important types of the price data,generate a 2-dimensional space. Then the support vector machine (SVM) is used to create a hyperplane to classify the pricing data in this space. The experimental results show that the classification embodies the particular patterns of the price data,so that this pattern classification is valid and potential.
