Research on Organization Situation and Development of Credit Guarantee Industry and Perfection of the Target Location in Hunan

摘要：

Credit guarantee way is one kind of financial backing patterns widely used around the world to solve the financing problems of Small and medium enterprise (SME) . This paper reveals the necessity for guarantee enterprise groups on the basis of analysis of guarantee industry,operations of security enterprise and product characteristics. Then the article uses the SCP model to analysis the guarantee industry in Hunan Province,argued that Credit Guarantee Group established through adjusting Group Behavior is one of the effective ways to solve the weak anti-risk ability of enterprise currently. Finally,through the Guarantee market capacity prediction in Hunan,this paper argues that Guarantee market should achieve ideal structure goal in Hunan.
