The Features of Ultimate Controller and Corporate Performance: Literature Review and Research Prospects

摘要：

Researches on the topic of the features of ultimate controller and its relationship with corporate performance or corporate value are in the ascendant at home and abroad. They are basic and vital for further study of the effects of ultimate controller on investment decisions, financing decisions, related transactions, management compensation and incentive policy. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign literatures on ultimate controller and corporate performance in two aspects, and looks ahead the future research directions.
