The Idea of Breaking the Bottleneck of the Carbon Finance Development in Commercial Banks

摘要：

In post-crisis era, low-carbon finance becomes a new opportunity for development of Chinas financial industry. Compared with the developed countries, the start of developing low-carbon finance in Chinas commercial banks is late. This paper summarized three bottlenecks of the carbon finance development for Chinas commercial banks based on SWOT analysis. At the same time, put forward innovative ideas to break the bottleneck by learning the advanced experience of carbon finance business in foreign country. Hope that it is meaningful to the smooth development of lowcarbon finance for Chinas commercial banks on the basis of the actual situation in our country.
