The Relationship between Diversified Strategy and Performance in Zhejiang Private Listed Companies

摘要：

Paper starting from the degree of diversification strategy, analysis the nearly three years financial data of the private listed companies (PLCs) in Zhejiang. Founding in PLCs, related diversification strategy and performance is positively correlated, this strategy can lead to higher earnings, and better overall performance level. There is no related between Non-related diversification strategy and corporate income, but may reduce the overall level of performance.
