The Research on Innovation of Financing Method of Chinas Commercial Banks to Support the SME

As a major force in the national economy, SME is playing an increasingly important role in advancing market competition, expanding employment, increasing incomes, pushing industrial upgrading, promoting economic development and stability of society. In recent years, Chinas commercial banks have generally increased attention to SME. They have not only increased the amount of loan-provision to SME, but also showing innovation in their supporting methods of financing. The paper analyzes the financing situation of the SME in traditional mode and the general situation of the SME in innovative financing methods. We concluded that the financing methods of commercial banks to support SME have some achievements, but there are also some remaining problems.
