Using Foreign Currency Derivative to Manage Foreign Exchange Exposure

Foreign exchange exposure management is so important that many companies are exposed to foreign exchange loss. There are several types of foreign exchange exposure and several strategies to protect a company from exchange rate exposure. Among the strategies, foreign currency derivative is the best strategy. Accounting for foreign currency derivatives is also important.
