ANALYSIS OF APMP PULPING PROCESS AND ITS OPTIMIZATION
This paper mainly introduces the technological process of APMP pulping, typically including wood chip washing, pre-stream, chip extruding and grinding, dipping, refining and screening. By analyzing APMP process with adopting the way of two steps chip extruding and grinding, pre-dipping, refining, screening and pre-streaming, explores the most crucial control points in the APMP process as follows: (1) The extruding and grinding function of ease extruding machine directly affects the degree of pulp whiteness, strength and fiber bundle content. Also, the extruding quality usually depends on the compression ratio of the ease extruding machine. Only when the compression ratio is controlled 4∶1 or above 4∶1, can the wood chip be extruded and dipped evenly. (2) APMP requires high consistency refining equipment, and the strength of the chemic-mechanic pulping machine and other physical standards can be guaranteed when the mechanic pulp grinding is conducted between 15 percent and 25 percent consistency. In China, the domestic equipment can at most obtain 30 percent of pulp consistency. (3) Pollution load and discharge standards should be taken into consideration as major optimization factors. Therefore, the following optimization measures are put forward with the premise of ensuring the pulp quality: 1.Increasing a high consistency bleaching tower between the first and second step high consistency refining. (2) Adopting three-step screening and increasing purification system to reduce the energy consumption and raising economic benefit.
